Website content is general information about PlanckCyber services and approaches. It is not a project proposal, technical warranty, legal advice or guarantee of business results.

Engagements

Any consulting or development engagement is governed by a separate written agreement defining scope, deliverables, responsibilities, fees, acceptance and other applicable terms.

Intellectual property

PlanckCyber names, logos, website design and original site content are protected by applicable rights. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Text message program

PlanckCyber sends text messages only to people who ask us to continue by text. Messages include: scheduling and appointment reminders, status updates about your inquiry or project, a code to resume an unfinished AI Opportunity Audit, and a link to your finished report. Some messages are sent by an automated assistant rather than a member of staff. Texts are sent from (518) 875-2625. How you join

You opt in by checking the text-message box on a PlanckCyber form, or by replying to a message you asked us to send. This consent is presented on its own, is never bundled into another agreement, and is never a condition of buying anything from us.

How often

Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry, project or account activity.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message. You will get one confirmation message and nothing further unless you opt in again.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your number
